The Fat Lady Sings reform to play Tipp Classical

Nick’s former band The Fat Lady Sings have just been announced for this year’s Tipp Classical festival.

The 20,000 capacity heritage festival was launched last year in Semple Stadium Thurles, site of the fabled Feile festivals of the early 1990s at which TFLS performed twice. The line-up brings together some of the best loved Irish bands of the past three decades, all accompanied by the Irish Chamber Orchestra.

Nick will be joined on stage by original members Tim Bradshaw and Dermot Lynch. Live keyboard stalwart Alastair Artingstall will also be performing with the band.

This will be the first time that The Fat Lady Sings have appeared live since playing an ecstatically-received set at the Electric Picnic in 2012.

Tickets for Tipp Classical are now available.
